How do I make a warranty claim for my products?

At Ubiolabs, we are dedicated to designing and manufacturing products with superior performance and 100% customer satisfaction. All of our products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

 

We are always improving our products’ features and functionality.

If you have a product that is not working and it is under warranty, please submit a ticket with the following information. Please include pictures for #1 and #3 below, as we cannot process the warranty claim without it.

 

  1. Proof of purchase showing the day product was purchased and the item in the item description  
  2. Model # - can be found on the back of the device and will show as Model # or M/N. Please see the picture below as an example. 
  3. Picture of the product in question with the model number showing.
  4. Your complete shipping address to expedite the process
