Why is my Power Bank not charging my Phone / Tablet?

ubiolabs power banks sleep due to inactivity.  If you have not used the power bank in a couple of months, you will be able to fully charge it but it may not power your devices because it has gone into sleep mode.  To remedy this issue, please follow the steps below:


  1. Plug the power bank back into the wall charger as though you're charging it
  2. Hold the Power button on the side of the Power Bank for 10 seconds.
  3. Charge fully.
  4. Unplug the Power Bank from the Charger.
  5. Physically shake the Power Bank for 5 seconds.
  6. Connect your phone to the Power Bank and it should now charge.


If that still does not work, please reach out to Ubio Labs Customer Support to determine if there is an issue with your device.
